I'm Victoria Silva and I work with adolescents and adults on processes related to anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, relationships and neurodivergence. I understand therapy as a space where what we feel can be looked at with more depth, context and less judgment, through close, reflective support that respects each person's pace.
